Poster child for drug use...

So this has been all over the local news, and is a result of the seemingly successful "Bait Car" program in British Columbia.

This guy is reported to have been high (er... very high) on Crystal Meth at the time, and during his "heist" even tried unsuccessfully to fire off his pistol (14 times, no less!).  The video is just over a year old, and was released for public education.
